Rental service terms

E-bike rental is a weekly or monthly subscription service.

It is an automatically renewable service, with payments collected weekly or monthly depending on the rental subscription model chosen on the KASKA platform.

The rental agreement is signed in person at Mūkusalas iela 46, Riga, Latvia, LV-1004, while payments are made on the KASKA platform, where you will be charged the e-bike rental subscription fee (hereinafter referred to as "rental fee"). This rental is an automatically renewable subscription, meaning that at the time of subscription renewal, the rental fee will be charged again. The renewal date of the rental subscription depends on the initial purchase date and whether a weekly or monthly subscription is chosen.

By purchasing a rental subscription, you authorize SIA LIFEGARAGE to charge the rental fee from your chosen payment method at the beginning of the rental period, as well as for each subsequent billing period upon automatic renewal of the rental subscription, until the rental subscription is canceled.

Recurring payments will be charged using the same payment method you chose when you first purchased the rental subscription.
